This week was a "not so great" one and I say that with all the honesty and hope that I can muster. I spent two hours in much needed appointments to get back to my baseline. Well, my new and improved baseline of "breathing well, smiling and happy". Took me all week, but I'm there! Hope your week went well.
So, after some good talking with my girl, Claudia (this girl could generate electricity with her smile and lower the temperature with how peacefully cool she is, love her to pieces!) I was able to center myself. I kept talking about all these end of the line things with the book and her answer continued to be "Start with writing, first things first". Too often I see the end and struggle to get there, but the surefire way to NEVER get there is to start.
So after my nephews, all three of them, went to bed I set to work with intention. I busted the spine on my thickest journal and stared for awhile. Much of who I am and have grown to become are contained in random journals. I'm looking forward to sharing that with you guys.
I also took some time to set.my intentions, not just got this book but for my LIFE. I've redefined what happiness is to me and with it, a new definition of what a good day is. I felt so powerful after, I framed it..in case you can't read it, the words say :
"If at the end of the day you can say YES to the following:1) Did you share your gift? 2)Did you allow someone to share theirs with you? 3)Did you operate from a place of peace or love?...Then today was a GOOD day!"
Stay motivated for your own goals, take pride in the work that you put into yourself and the happiness you can control. There is a first step to everything, fill yourself with not with worry, but hopefulness when you take it. #ItHasBegun #PostBorrowSeason
