Friday night and I worked today, so my nighttime fantasy involves my bed, some rain sounds and peaceful sleep. Keep your fingers crossed that I make it to sleep at a decent time!
Last Sunday, I finished my 28 Day Challenge and should've you know gotten my measurements then. Unfortunately, Mother Nature wasn't on my side so I did it Weds...same difference!
I'm posting pics so feel free to skip this part and do your own math. Losses below, strangely not a lick of movement in my chest.
-1. 5 inches in my right arm
-1 inch on my weak ass left arm
-Chest is the same, mad inches!
-1 inch in my waist
-Around 2 inches in hips
-1.5 inches in left leg
-1 inch in my right leg
-18 lbs total.
***Let it be noted that after I had these measurements done the first time I gained 22 lbs. Which is what I usually DID when I'm unable about my weight, gain more of it***
SO MANY INCHES LOST!!
Gains?? So many gains in the last month I probably shouldn't list them all. Highlight reel: I work out everyday! I'm now the lady that brings a lunchbox everywhere with my food prepped in it. I can tell when I'm hungry as opposed to just eating for shits and giggles. I can make mad dishes without burning them. What else?? I've stood in front of a mirror everyday and said "I love you, you're so awesome." and believed it like "yes, yes I am!" For me, my happiness is the ultimate goal for everything. So any goal has to involve that, whether it's happiness during or happiness when it's over. I am very happy with myself right now.
Big shout outs to my people who have supported me on this very difficult and interesting time. I am blessed to have so many people in my life that care about me. I hope that I do a good job of saying and showing that! Night, peeps! #PartDuexInEffect #KindaDatingTheGym
